When installing WS_FTP, call yourself a student.

Server1 : smallpondhosting.com

Click on Connect
Click New
Profile Name : Any Name
Host Name :
65.254.60.98
UserID : your username
Password : your password

Server2 : smallpondserver.com

Click on Connect
Click New
Profile Name : Any Name
Host Name : 64.22.82.197
UserID : your username
Password : your password

Server5 : smallpondserver5.com.au

Click on Connect
Click New
Profile Name : Any Name
Host Name : 75.127.81.116
UserID : your username
Password : your password

 

A better FTP Client is FileZilla - (download here)

Your Files can be found within the public_html directory (folder) or
wwwroot folder for the windows server

For FTP (file transfer protocol) access please use :
Host Address: 65.254.60.98 
and your username and password as above.

The public access is the directory (Folder) called public_html
The default page calls are in this order :
index.html
index.htm
default.htm
index.php
 e.g. : delete index.html and it will then call on index.htm


Uploading your files to your WINDOWS web space :

Log into you HELM Control Panel
http://cp.smallpondserver4.com.au or
http://74.86.150.130

Use your user name and password to log in.

Click on Domains/Click www.yourdomainname.com/FTP Accounts

Click on FTP User Name
Note your FTP Username and alter your password to suit.
Exit Helm


Open your FTP program on your computer.

For FTP (file transfer protocol) access please use :
FTP Server Host Name : 
74.86.151.246
FTP Username:   (helm allocation)
Password :   (your allocation)

The public access is the directory (Folder) called wwwroot
The default page calls are in this order :
index.html
index.htm
default.htm
index.php

If you wish to use FrontPage you must install the FrontPage permissions first. Do this in you control panel

Do not use a combination of FTP and FrontPage to upload as the FTP corrupts the FrontPage Permissions.
